All submissions will be double blind peer reviewed.
Final manuscript must reflect changes recommended by reviewers and associate editor, in addition to meeting thhe APA Manuscript Guidelines below. It is recommended to have a native English speaking person proof-read your final manuscript before submitting it for publication.
Authors are allowed to submit a maximum of two papers at the registration fee.
For each additional paper after the two maximum:
1) Indians pay additional Rs 2000 per paper, and
2) Internationals pay additional US200 per paper
Topics
Papers in all areas are welcome. Specific topic that emphasize on global business and information technology will be encouraged, but are not limited to: manufacturing, alternative energy, automotive, human capital, global marketing, education, finance, management, health, tourism, infrastructure, economics, transportation, agriculture, information technology and international business.
Paper Submission Instructions
Submissions can be made in a number of categories: Completed research papers, research-in-progress papers, case studies, panels and posters/round table discussion papers.
Paper should be double-spaced, in Font size of 12. Times New Roman font. Normal style, Justify alignment. Each paper should have paper title, authors’ names, affiliations, country and email addresses, an abstract and a maximum of six keywords on the front page.
Paper pages: Limited to 10 pages maximum, exclusive of references, appendixes and author biographies.
Paper Size: Letter size; width 8½ inch by height 11 inch
Paper margins: 1, 1, 1, 1 inches. Pages should be numbered consecutively in the upper right hand corner of the paper.
Paper Title: Uppercase and lowercase letters; centered.
Tables: Each table must have a brief title. Each table must be cited in the text. Number tables consecutively in the order of their first citation in the text.
Figures: Each figure must have a brief title. Each figure must be cited in the text. Number figures consecutively in the order of their first citation in the text.

Abstract
One paragraph; no indentation; between 150 to 250 words;
Abstract is to contain research topic, research questions, participants, methods, results, data analysis, and major findings/conclusions
Keywords: Five maximum key words from the abstract.
References:
Order: Entries should be arranged in alphabetical order by first authors' last names. Sources without authors are arranged alphabetically by title within the same list
Authors: Write out the last name and initials for all authors of a particular work. Use an ampersand (&) when listing multiple authors of a single work. e.g. Smith, J. D., & Jones, M.
Indentation: The first line of the entry is flush with the left margin/alignment, and all subsequent lines are indented (5 spaces i.e. 0.25”) to form a "hanging indent".
Appendixes
- If your paper only has one appendix, label it APPENDIX: Title
If there more than one appendix, label them APPENDIX A: Title A, APPENDIX B: Title B, etc. \ in the order that each appendix is cited in the manuscript.
