Aim Aim: The main goal of the Conference, BITMED2011, is to provide an opportunity for academics, businessmen, and government officials from all over the world to come together to address economic development improvement strategies, including implementation. BITMED2011 will consist of workshops, tutorials, networking sessions, exhibitions, trade transactions, keynote speeches, paper presentations, panel discussions, and a tour of industries and places of tourist attraction in Metropolitan Beijing. Submitted papers will be double blind peer reviewed. Accepted papers will be published in the ISSN conference proceedings. Best papers will be considered for publication in our appropriate reputable ISSN-ed journals indexed in EBSCO and Cabell’s Directories; the journals are also under consideration by SCOPUS and ISI Publishing. Papers can be presented in-absentia. Third day tour of Banglore city and Shopping areas; local sightseeing for the group 50 seat luxury Non A/c Coach.--Extra fee Authors are allowed to submit a maximum of two papers at the registration fee. For each additional paper after the two maximum: 1) Indians pay additional Rs 2000 per paper, and 2) Internationals pay additional US200 per paper
